TV rights by market
Who holds the rights to each league in each market this season (2026-27), from a table kept by hand with a review date on every row. Pick your market at the top of the page. In the US, each game lists its own network, so the US row shows the networks listed for this month's games. Every row has a link to tell us what is wrong.
Finland
In words, as of October 2026:
- NHL. NHL games are split between three services, so the fixture alone does not tell you the channel: Viaplay carries most nights, Disney+ has a weekly selection of ESPN's games, and MTV Katsomo has one game on Sunday evenings, Finnish time. The split can change from week to week, so each game page lists all three. If you subscribe to one, check it first.
- NFL. Every NFL game is on DAZN. Ruutu shows one game per Sunday window and RedZone, the live show that switches between games; the table says which parts need a subscription.
- College football. College football in Finland is a selection, not the season: Disney+ carries a wide slate of ESPN's games and DAZN a smaller one. A big game is usually on one of them; a small one often on neither.
- Liiga. Every Liiga game is on MTV Katsomo, and some Friday games are also on MTV3.
- SHL. MTV Katsomo shows two to four SHL games a week, chosen by the broadcaster. The rest are shown only on Swedish services, which may not be available in Finland.
- Veikkausliiga. Every Veikkausliiga match is on Ruutu+, so one subscription covers the season. No match was on free-to-air television in 2026.

How this table is kept
Rights are sold by league and country, usually for several seasons at a time, and the details shift every season. That is why every row has a review date. The table is small on purpose: one row per service, with how much of the league it shows, how sure we are, and the month it is due for review. Once a month a check compares the table with the leagues' own broadcaster lists and with Wikipedia's, and a person applies the changes.
